Nine Dogs, Four Cats, and a Full-Price Offer

I had a seller recently who was relocating to Tennessee. Nothing unusual about that on its own — except this household came with nine dogs and four cats. Showings, photos, timing — everything about this sale had an extra layer of complexity most listings don't.
